Article 1: Contest Description
The AMV-France AMV Awards is a music video contest for amateur clips created using music and anime video footage (Japanese animated series). This contest is free and non-profit.
Article 2: Submission Deadline
The submission deadline is set for December 29, 2024, at 11:59 PM. AMVs must be submitted in their entirety before this date. The deadline may be modified by an official announcement from the AMV-France staff without altering this rule set.
Article 3: Contest Organizer
The contest is organized by the AMV France association (www.amv-france.com/en).
Article 4: Registration Requirements
4.1 The contest is free and open to everyone except jury members.
4.2 Entries must be created in 2024. This contest is non-exclusive, meaning the AMV can be submitted to multiple contests.
4.3 Multiple entries are allowed per individual or group (2 solo entries or MEPs + 1 additional MEP max). The person submitting the MEP will use one of their participations. (Combo 1 = Solo + Solo + MEP / Combo 2 = Solo + MEP + MEP / Combo 3 = MEP + MEP + MEP)
4.4 All videos must have a direct and clear connection to animation. Game footage is also accepted. It is permitted to mix these visuals with non-animated sources (drawings, 3D, etc.). Any entries that raise questions will undergo validation to determine if the video qualifies as an AMV.
4.5 Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of the rules.
